One was a full two-bedroom apartment. The other was redecorating after rewiring repairs had left walls chased and patched: the customer's original decorator cancelled at the last minute, we stepped in when we said we would, and because they were away we sent photo updates as the work progressed. They came home to a tidy, refreshed house.

Rewiring, new plumbing and replastering always leave marks, and the finish only looks right if the patches are properly filled and sanded before any paint goes on. We plan that preparation into the job rather than painting over it.
